Mr. Li's practice focuses on dispute resolution, corporate compliance (including criminal compliance), corporate mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, financing, antitrust and other fields, especially in handling complex and cutting-edge legal issues. His experience focuses on energy and infrastructure, real estate and construction engineering, industrial manufacturing, network technology, chemical industry, medicine, education, sports and entertainment, etc.

Mr. Li received his J.D. from Tsinghua University Law School and was a visiting scholar at Stanford Law School. Li Yong has written a lot during his teaching position and published more than 20 professional articles.

Some of his representative projects and cases include representing the China Development Bank, the Export-Import Bank of China, the Bank of China, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in a number of domestic and foreign investment, loans, and trade projects. Represented many listed companies, medical institutions, insurance companies, hotel groups, trading companies, shipping companies, Internet companies, financial companies, electric vehicle companies, etc. in litigation and arbitration matters involving company control, shareholders' rights, financial leasing, insurance claims, intellectual property rights, trade, freight, investment, non-compete, labor disputes, consumer claims, etc. Representing a wide range of industry companies and financial investors in numerous investment projects, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, concentration of undertaking filings, closing and post-investment integration.
