Professional Experience
Mr. Liu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) and corporate law. Admitted to the bar in 2006 after passing the national bar examination, he began his career as a Trademark Attorney at Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd (2005–2010). In 2010, he joined Chofn IP as a Partner and Attorney-at-Law, further developing his expertise in IP prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
In 2025, Mr. Liu became a key member of Will-Power (Huayun) Law Firm, where he expanded his practice to include corporate law while maintaining a strong focus on IP disputes.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Liu has played an active role in shaping the IP field through leadership positions in prominent organizations. He served on multiple International Trademark Association (INTA) committees, including the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, Bulletins Committee, and Internet Committee. Additionally, he contributed as a Committee Member of the Trademark Law Professional Committee at the Beijing Lawyer Association, underscoring his dedication to advancing IP law and professional standards.
