Legal clinic, also known as clinical legal education, originated in the United States in the early 70s of the 20th century, and has been proved to be an effective method and way for law students to gain legal experience and cultivate practical ability through practice.
The "Legal Clinic" course is based on real cases and "teaching materials", and consists of two parts: classroom teaching and case representation. In classroom teaching, around the cases undertaken, questions are asked, discussed, simulated, feedback, etc., so that students can gain factual and legal understanding and judgment by themselves in interactive communication, and change the traditional practice of "full hall irrigation".
In the classroom, lawyer Li Yi, as an off-campus teacher of the tax law clinic, provides students with sufficient and comprehensive real case information as much as possible, so that students can understand the macro background of tax law practice from individual cases, pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional ethics and professional ethics, and encourage students to participate in teamwork, and cultivate students' core skills in the legal profession through specific teaching links such as scenario simulation, document writing, and one-minute speech.
