Mr. Chen Xueliang has worked in national excellent law firms in the field of intellectual property, well-known law firms in the field of labor law, and national comprehensive law firms, and has served as legal counsel for internationally renowned testing and certification institutions and compliance supervisors of large private enterprises.

Mr. Chen graduated from the Capital University of Economics and Business School of Law with a bachelor's degree in 2014 and from Emory University School of Law in 2015 with a master's degree in law. Mr. Chen is also an alumnus of Temple University School of Law and was assigned to Temple Philadelphia Main Campus in the fall of 2012 for exchange studies.
