(2) Daily legal counsel of the company: Responsible for handling the daily legal affairs of many enterprises, institutions and government departments, mainly involving drafting, reviewing and modifying various contracts, issuing legal opinions and lawyer's letters for important matters, participating in project negotiations, and providing special legal training and daily legal affairs consultation for consulting units.
