Job responsibilities:
1. Draft and review various contracts and other legal documents;
2. Independently handle litigation (arbitration) business;
3. Provide necessary legal consulting services to customers;
4. Other related work assigned by the firm.
Job requirements:
1. Have a solid foundation in law, bachelor's degree or above, master's degree or doctoral degree is preferred;
2. Have obtained a lawyer's practice certificate, have more than 3 years of lawyer practice experience, and be able to handle litigation business independently and skillfully;
3. Good conduct, rigorous work, good lawyer practice ethics, and strict compliance with lawyers' professional ethics and practice norms;
4. Have strong teamwork ability;
5. Agree with the development concept of Huayun Law Firm and adapt to the innovative development model of Huayun Law Firm.
Salary:
basic salary from 200,000 yuan + commission + bonus;
Five insurances and one housing fund + paid annual leave + regular physical examination + team building, etc.
